We take the safety of our residents very seriously.   

Security Measures we provide:

• Computer controlled keyless entry system
• Multi-camera surveillance system
• 24 Hour emergency number

Computer controlled keyless entry system

Those who need access to the Westbrook, are given an entry key programmed in their name.   All entrances have easy access whereby a small sensor is held to the panel so people can "buzz" themselves into the building.   A computer records the readings every time this takes place,  allowing management to maintain a record of entry, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Also, if someone loses a key, that key can easily be replaced and the lost key locked out.

Multi-camera surveillance system

Nine cameras are strategically located throughout the building recording activity within that area.  They are filmed on a 31 day tape rotation so records are kept for one month until being taped over.  Meaning if any concerns arise, even weeks after the event, the tapes can be reviewed by security personnel.

24 Hour emergency number

An emergency number is available through our 24 hour a day monitoring station so that residents always have someone to speak to if they have a problem that can not wait until regular business hours.  (This service is not intended to replace 911 for true emergencies.)

 

Security Personnel

Security personnel work to preserve the peaceful living environment residents have come to expect at the Westbrook.
