Built as a grand hotel in 1923, the building is recognized as part of the Historic Delaware District of Buffalo, New York.  The beautifullobby and original mail chute remind us of bygone years.

The apartment building's central location, at the corner of Delaware Avenue and North Street,  is within walking distance of five bus lines,  the metro rail, and the shops and eateries of Allentown.   The ten story Westbrook has  a conference room, a sundeck on the roof, a laundry room, an exercise room, an extra storage area, and a guest room.  Off street parking, including a covered parking garage that is just a short distance from the building, is also available.
