apartments available with spectacular views and reasonable
rates. Our spacious apartments provide enough space for many
styles and configurations to suet your personal tastes. With our
centralized location on Delaware, bus stops, the metro station, banks,
pharmacies, and convenience stores are just a short walk away.
All apartments feature 9 foot high ceilings with cove moldings and
large wood trimmed windows that fill the rooms with natural light.
The rooms are both spacious and bright. Apartments on higher
floors have wonderful views of Buffalo and the surrounding area.
Every unit includes a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage
disposal. Individually controlled thermostats are also located in
every room. Our entry system hooks into your telephone so you can
